Directions to get to the island of Ischia

From the Naples - Capodichino airport you can reach the MoloBeverello pier (50 minute hydrofoil trip) and Calata "Porta di Massa" pier (90 minute ferry trip) by taxi (requesting the fixed rate which is applicable seven days a week). You can also reach the piers with the "ALIBUS" (tickets can be purchased on board), getting off at MoloBeverello where a free shuttle service is available to CalataPorta di Massa.
BY TRAIN

BY CAR
Take the Napoli (Naples) exit from the motorway. Cars can be embarked for Ischia from Calata ????Porta di Massa???? pier which can be easily reached following the "Porto - Imbarchi" signs. For cars with bookings use the "Varco Bausan" entrance. For those without bookings follow signs for the "Varco Pisacane" entrance. The port of Pozzuoli is closest to the island and for this reason it is a valid alternative. To reach Pozzuoli exit the Napoli (Naples) exit from the motorway and then take the bypass toward Pozzuoli. Exit at "Via Campana" and follow the "Porto" signs.
